We DO Recover! And that is something worth saying out loud.

I created this tee for National Recovery Month because recovery is personal to me. It has changed my life, given me a community and shown me just how much can happen when people are given support, connection and another chance.

This shirt is for anyone in recovery, anyone who loves someone in recovery and anyone who believes that people are so much more than the hardest parts of their story.

A portion of the proceeds from every We Do Recover tee sold will be donated to a women’s recovery house in Indianapolis, helping support women as they build their own lives in recovery.

Wear it loud. Recovery is real. Recovery is possible. We do recover. 💚

September is National Recovery Month

National Recovery Month is a time to celebrate the millions of people living in recovery, recognize the people and communities who support them and remind anyone who may still be struggling that recovery is possible.

A few things worth knowing:

• More than 20 million people in the United States are living in recovery from substance use challenges.
• People can and do recover. There are many paths to recovery, and support can come from treatment, peers, families, recovery communities and other resources.
• Recovery housing can be an important part of that support. Recovery homes provide substance-free, mutually supportive communities where people can work toward their recovery goals while building skills and resources for long-term recovery.
